As the first major provincial-level marine technology innovation platform initiated by the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Center is deeply connected with the full industry chain resources of the Yangtze River Delta, continuously advancing technological innovation and industrial application in offshore wind, offshore solar, wave energy, and other multi-energy complementary fields. Its independently developed "JICUI No.1" semi-submersible three-column floating wind turbine foundation has received Approval in Principle from the ABS, establishing a mature landscape of coordinated development in R&D, international certification, and industry ecosystem within the marine new energy sector.
